We’re always thinking award season with our work, so when we got a chance to help E! promote their Academy Awards After Party with Skinnygirl Cocktails it was a no brainer. What better way to invite an audience to watch E!’s soiree than to have one ourselves, even if it means throwing an all-out Oscar party on a house party budget.
Like any good host, we coordinated with Skinnygirl directly to mix it up with our own custom Oscar-themed cocktail recipes. They looked so sippable we created custom “Cocktail Cams” in the vein of E!’s iconic Manicam and GlamCam360 to showcase the drinks and amp up the exclusive vibe of the integrated event.
Through careful planning and efficient shooting we were able to sell only 8 casted extras as an entire crowd, all while gathering enough coverage to make an extended online version of the cut, giving the clients added value and extended media reach within the project’s parameters. All in all, we couldn’t have been more proud to create these spots that were truly red carpet worthy.
