We supported HGTV in creating multi-screen content for dozens of sponsors in various categories to drive awareness and entry to their tentpole giveaways: Smart Home, Dream Home, and Urban Oasis.
We helped focus key messaging points for each sponsor, weaving an overall content story for the home that allows sponsors to achieve their unique communication goals within a cohesive theme.
HGTV Dream Home: Martha’s Vineyard
We pulled out all the stops to make sure we over-delivered for our clients with the HGTV Dream Home: Martha’s Vineyard. Once ashore we covered every square mile of the island to tell the real story about this luxurious hideaway and the people who live there, providing great takeaways for HGTV viewers and natural exposure for sponsors.
HGTV Smart Home: Raleigh
Our successful partnership with HGTV’s Home Giveaways continued with the HGTV Smart Home: Raleigh. Packed to the brim with innovative features inside and out, we shot beautiful footage of the home and its smart design to get the Scripps Networks audience excited about winning the most groundbreaking home on the block.
HGTV Smart Home: Austin
We hit Austin, TX to unveil the HGTV Smart Home, raising excitement and the IQ of viewers for this year’s prize. Centered in the heart of the live music capital of the world, this house featured the newest trends in tech and convenience to making living in Austin a no-brainer. In addition to producing 10 custom sponsorship vignettes over four days, we shot beauty footage of the home from top to bottom for HGTV’s Sweepstakes Promo spots.
HGTV Urban Oasis: Atlanta
HGTV returned to us to push their Urban Oasis campaign to the next level, building excitement for the newest addition of television’s most popular home giveaway in Atlanta, GA. Shooting over four days inside the Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Buckhead, a fully operational hotel in one of Atlanta’s most prominent neighborhoods, meant leaving a small footprint with our crew, talent and equipment while navigating the world’s slowest freight elevator during a major construction renovation. We also worked in a car shoot, drone shoot, and plenty of beautiful coverage to show off every square inch of the space.
HGTV Smart Home: Nashville
We navigated a back-to-back week-long shoot schedule in Nashville with multiple sponsors per day to maximize the creative and the budget, including a car shoot with the new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid on the winding country roads of Tennessee. Our approach included creating the HGTV Smart Home Inspectors to show off the cool, cutting edge features of the house.

Entries grew every year, averaging 50 million per home, and approaching 100 million for the HGTV Dream Home.
