Outback invited us back to their test kitchens to expand on their Food Network partnership with Chopped.
As an additional buy, they asked us to create behind-the-scenes vignettes for their sister brand, Carrabba’s, showing how much thought and preparation goes into each hand-crafted combination of pasta on the menu. Never content to settle for average, we shot in both their test kitchen and real in-store kitchen, creating a seamless transition (and connection) between the food they make to test, and what ends up on your table when you dine out.
Surprisingly, Carrabba’s had a change in management a few days before these spots aired, so we busted out the extra footage from our back pockets and found a perfect solve to save the day. We love being the heroes!
