We love commercials for the concise stories they tell. We love Ikea for the affordable, well-designed furniture they sell. So when TLC came to us to expand upon their partnership with the Swedish furniture giant, we got to celebrate the best of both in a longer-form custom integration.
Recruited for our post-production prowess, we worked with raw footage shot by another company for a series of webisodes and created 2 inspiring on-air :60 vignettes. We were unable to be directly on set or influence what was shot, so we were faced with the added challenge of creating these spots from footage shot by others for another purpose.
We scoured the hours and hours of media to tailor the narratives to the TLC audience and show off the empowering nature of Ikea’s Home Tour Squad – changing lives and spaces one family at a time.
