Forrest Galante heads out on an epic adventure with his Costa sunglasses to find great white sharks and ride a jetboard with a megapod of dolphins.
We partnered with WBD and Shark Week to produce a series of social spots with Wildlife Biologist and Host Forrest Galante as he ventures off the coast of Santa Barbara, CA in search of sharks and dolphins with his Costa sunglasses and a conservation story to tell.
With a lot of prep and a little luck, our small doc crew were able to find and film Forrest riding an electric jetboard among a megapod of migrating dolphins, and then locate and track a pack of juvenile great white sharks, all within one afternoon along with an interview and addition broll to create 2 unique :60 spots and with linear cutdowns.
The spots showcased Costa sunglasses in their natural environment while highlighting the importance of protecting our oceans and marine life. By following Forrest on the water and documenting him doing what he loves most, we authentically connected Costa’s brand values with adventure, exploration, and conservation.
