An award-winning Chinese-Australian film writer and director based in New York, Julia Ngeow has created documentaries, narrative films and music videos across the globe. With a background in Biophysics, Neuroscience and cancer research, she brings a unique perspective to the filmmaking process, driven by a passion to uncover truth and uplift through storytelling. Her short documentary series I’M MOVING TO MARS, which premiered on Topic.com, was featured in the NY Times, and her short film EUDAEMONIA won ‘BEST NARRATIVE SHORT’ at the New York Chain Film Festival. FUN FACT: Julia has played the bagpipes since the age of 12.
