We partnered with Pergo, Fitzgerald & CO, and FYI to develop and produce an original 8-episode branded reality series that rolled out for an entire month across FYI’s on-air and digital platforms, as well as Pergo’s social media outlets.
This fully realized show was created from the floor up: casting real people, finding a house location to install Pergo floors and live in for a month+, filming reality-style to capture every moment from multiple cameras and GoPros, wrangling family members, dogs, kids, and network talent to appear in each episode, designing a show logo and graphics package, cutting, coloring, mixing, as well as editing show promos and IPMs for a 360 marketing approach.
Our huge bank of behind-the-scenes photos and video captured during filming provided tons of relevant social content and formed the show’s digital presence online. We helped our clients stay ahead of the curve to reach audiences with engaging content and natural brand awareness in new, exciting ways for the holy grail of integration goals. Audiences (and FYI) found a new show to fall in love with. Pergo found a new couple to connect their brand with. And everyone got to be part of a ground-breaking mix of creative, integrated storytelling and fun social experimentation.
Because of the huge success of the campaign, Pergo came back to us to create a new :30 commercial for their overall marketing campaign that showcased the best moments from the series – giving more viewers the opportunity to watch “Ultimate Staycation” on a custom microsite they created.
